Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Fittians account and associated data in either of the following ways:

In the app: Open the Fittians app → go to Profile → Settings → Account → Request Account Deletion, and confirm the request. Your account will be deactivated immediately, and your data permanently deleted per the retention terms below.
By email: If you no longer have the app installed, or prefer not to use it, email Fittians@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request," and we will process your request manually.

Profile info (name, email, phone, photo)	Deleted
Health & fitness data (steps, activity, workout logs)	Deleted
Session & membership history	Deleted, except where retained for legal/tax record-keeping (see below)
Diet plans & blood test uploads	Deleted
Transaction/payment records	Retained where required under Indian tax/accounting law

We delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request.
Certain records (e.g. transaction/payment records) may be retained longer where required by applicable Indian law, but are no longer used for any other purpose.
Once deletion is complete, this action cannot be reversed and your account cannot be recovered.
